• Descriptions & Pricing: We make every effort to ensure that product details, descriptions, and prices are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct errors or refuse orders where information has been incorrectly published.

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment. • Same-Day Delivery: Available across Rochdale for orders placed before 11:00 AM.
• Next-Day Nationwide & Manchester Delivery: Available for orders placed before 11:00 AM via tracked courier (standard courier charge applies).
• Funeral & Timed Tributes: For time-sensitive arrangements (such as funeral tributes, corporate orders, or same-day Muslim burials), please contact us directly by telephone at 01706 521252.
• Recipient Availability: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that a recipient is available at the delivery address. If no one is home, our courier will follow standard safe-delivery practices (e.g., leaving with a neighbor or in a safe place). Redelivery attempts may incur additional charges.

6. Cancellations, Refunds, and Returns

• Perishable Goods Policy: Due to the perishable nature of fresh cut flowers, cancellations or order modifications must be communicated as early as possible. Once an arrangement has been cut, crafted, or dispatched, cancellations or refunds cannot be offered.
• Damaged or Faulty Items: If your flowers arrive damaged or in poor condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at 01706 521252 or sales@alexandraross.co.uk with photographic evidence. We will review your claim promptly and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
