ORDERS & DELIVERY
How do I place an order?
You can place an order online through our website, by phone, or by visiting our shop in person.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, we offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 11am.
Availability may vary based on location and flower selection.
What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver to Rochdale, Heywood, Middleton, Oldham, Bury via local delivery within 5 miles and the rest of mainland UK via our DHL Courier Service. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us to check availability.
Can I specify a delivery time?
We offer morning and afternoon delivery windows, but we cannot guarantee exact times due to varying schedules. For special requests, please call us.
NB Funeral delivery times do not apply these are always guaranteed.
What happens if the recipient is not home?
If the recipient is unavailable, we will attempt to leave the flowers with a neighbour or in a safe location. If neither option is possible, we will contact you for further instructions.
FLOWER SELECTION & CUSTOMISATION
Can I request a custom bouquet?
Absolutely! Let us know your preferred flowers, colors, and budget, and we'll create a unique arrangement just for you.
What if the flowers I want are unavailable?
We strive to provide your requested flowers, but availability depends on the season. If necessary, we will substitute similar flowers of equal or greater value while maintaining the style and colour scheme.
Do you offer flowers for special events?
Yes, we specialise in floral arrangements for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, corporate events, and funerals. Contact us for a consultation.
CARE & MAINTENANCE
How do I take care of my flowers?
Keep them in fresh, clean water, trim the stems at an angle every two days, and avoid direct sunlight and heat. Adding flower food can also help extend their lifespan.
How long will my flowers last?
Fresh-cut flowers typically last 5-7 days, depending on the variety and care. Some flowers, like orchids and lilies, may last longer with proper maintenance.
PAYMENTS & POLICIES
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, cash (in-store), and online payment options such as PayPal, Apple Pay and Bank Transfer.
What is your cancellation/refund policy?
Cancellations and refunds, due to the perishable nature of flowers, are
assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Do you offer flower subscriptions?
Yes! We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly flower subscription services for homes and businesses.
