Refund policy
At Alexandra Ross Luxury Florist, every arrangement is carefully selected, designed and prepared to the highest standard.
As flowers are a natural and perishable product, their lifespan can vary depending on the flower variety, temperature, environment and care.
Flower Quality & Replacements
If your flowers wilt, deteriorate or you believe there is an issue with their quality, please contact us on the same day you notice the problem.
To allow us to assess the condition of the flowers, clear photographic evidence must be submitted on the same day.
If we determine that the flowers have not met our expected quality standards, we will offer a replacement arrangement rather than a refund, where permitted by applicable consumer law.
Please note:
• Photographic evidence must be provided on the same day the issue is noticed.
• We may request additional photographs or information to assess the flowers.
• Replacement flowers will be arranged at the earliest practical opportunity.
• We cannot accept responsibility for flowers affected by incorrect care, unsuitable temperatures or environments, failure to follow the supplied flower-care instructions, or damage occurring after delivery.
• Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we cannot accept claims made several days after delivery where the condition of the flowers can no longer be accurately assessed.
Cancellations & Changes
As many of our arrangements are made specifically to order and flowers are perishable, cancellations or amendments may not be possible once an order has entered preparation or been dispatched.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or amend an order.
Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law. Where applicable, you may be entitled to a refund or another remedy where goods are faulty, not as described, or otherwise do not meet the requirements of applicable consumer legislation.
